MITHACAL MILERS track workout Tuesday, Mar 5, at 7 PM in Barton Hall

We have a track meet coming up on Sunday—sign up soon!—so this week’s workout will be aimed at giving you a psychological boost without overdoing the speed.

After 200m of strides to spread out the group, we’ll do a descending ladder of:

  • 1000 at T pace
  • 800 at I pace
  • 600 at I pace
  • 400 at R pace
  • 200 at R pace

Recovery is 200m after each rep.
