We have a track meet coming up on Sunday—sign up soon!—so this week’s workout will be aimed at giving you a psychological boost without overdoing the speed.
After 200m of strides to spread out the group, we’ll do a descending ladder of:
- 1000 at T pace
- 800 at I pace
- 600 at I pace
- 400 at R pace
- 200 at R pace
Recovery is 200m after each rep.

- Administration: You must be an FLRC member and sign the 2024 waiver!
- Location: All workouts take place at Barton Hall on the Cornell campus
- Parking: Anywhere on campus is fine, but the parking garage is convenient.
