Zone 2 and Chill - Monday, July 6

Join us Monday night, July 6, for our biweekly chilled out group run! We’ll meet at the Large Pavilion in Stewart Park at 6:00pm and head out on the waterfront trail for a 30-45 minute laid back run. It could be rainy, so layer up!

The goal of these evenings is simply to get out and get moving with good company and good chat. The trail makes for a great out and back route, with the focus on an easy pace and staying in those low heart rate zones to build a strong aerobic base.

If you are looking to restart or build up your running then this run would make a great opportunity to train using our FLRC Couch To 5K plan! The plan can be accessed here.

All paces and people are welcome! This is a free activity and club membership is not required, but please sign the FLRC Training Programs waiver before your first run this year. You only need to sign the waiver once for all 2026 group runs, so if you’ve already signed it, you’re all set.
