We’re working our way up in distance and trail complexity, and it will be more fun to navigate the lovely but twisty Lindsay-Parsons Biodiversity Preserve trails with company. Join us for this weekend’s FLRC Challenge 4.3-mile group run!
Meet at the Lindsay-Parsons course at 8:30 AM (check the course page for driving directions—it’s well outside of Ithaca, and we encourage carpooling). After the usual milling, introductions, and explanation of how to time Challenge runs, we’ll aim to start around 8:45 AM. There will be bagels and cream cheese for post-run noshing.
Please vote in the pace poll below so others can get a sense of who else will be running their pace. We usually have a wide range of runners.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, ability, pace, or anything else. If you haven’t yet signed up for the Challenge, please sign the FLRC 2024 Training Programs waiver. You only need to sign once for all 2024 group runs, so if you’ve already done so, you’re all set—check here.)
