Just a quick reminder that Cadence Dubus is hosting her virtual Fascia Release™ workshop today from 4:00–5:15 PM.
This free session is runner-friendly (and athlete-friendly) and will focus on releasing common areas of tightness—hips, hamstrings, rib cage, and low back—using simple techniques you can keep using on your own.
I will need to miss with another commitment but would like to watch the recording. The signup button isn’t working for me such that I wanted to see if someone would be willing to share the recording.
